Our biggest change this year was extending the manufacturers
warranty from one year to a full two years on all the S &
K series range supplied after 1st March 2003. We are so confident
in the operation and quality of our products that it seemed a
logical step to pass on the benefits to our end users. The only
criterion with the new warranty is that an authorised Ricon Service
Dealer according to the manufacturers recommendations must service
the product on schedule.
To make this process easier service contracts to support the
new warranty are available, these are fully administered by Ricon
UK Limited to ensure the best possible service Is made available
at a time to suit the end user. Details can be supplied from Ricon
